As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The owner arranged for an English-speaking guide and assisted with organizing transportation. The location was perfect, with the temples nearby and a convenient motorbike rental available. The breakfast provided was tasty, and I loved the fresh fruits delivered to my balcony in the morning. The bungalow I stayed in was perfect, and the overall value for money was unbeatable.
Felt cozy, no complaints.

This homestay is in a perfect location, right near everything! You can easily walk to the night market for food and to the top-rated restaurant in the city. It's also incredibly close to the most interesting temples. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a great shower. The staff is friendly and helpful, arranging transportation and tours. Each morning, fresh fruit, water, and coffee are delivered to your porch. The AC works well and there is a fridge and hot water kettle in the room.
The Wi-Fi inside the bungalow wasn't working.

Incredibly beautiful hotel, good location, we booked a standard bungalow and greatly enjoyed it. Location: the property was just next door to the Historical park and Wat Mahathat and Wat Ratburana, and the major monuments and great restaurants. Local fast food option Ban Pad Thai was 5 minutes walk away. Booked a room with modern ac. The free parking was at the entrance, good service. We had early check-in on arrival.

The location was central, just next door to 3 vegetarian restaurants as well as Thailand, and there were historic sites and a temple near the venue. The breakfast was satisfactory and had variety of food. The service offered was good.

Loved the "not so picturesque" view of the parking area and the "cultural" experience of doing my own laundry. The "convenient" location made it easy to visit the nearby museums and temples.

Thoroughly enjoyed Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, the hotel was incredibly beautiful and absolutely great to the two must visit temples. The location was good and magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Historic City of Ayutthaya. The personnel was very friendly, and the owner too. The food was excellent and there were good choice of dishes in the menu.

Great value for money with a basic but comfortable room and friendly staff. The location was perfect, close to popular tourist spots and local food places.
More breakfast choices would be nice, maybe add some variety.

The care shown by the owners was absolutely amazing - we were blown away! Every morning we woke up to a delightful surprise of water, tea, coffee, and fresh fruit. They went above and beyond to help us organize a boat trip and tuk-tuk, providing us with invaluable advice. The air conditioning in the room was top-notch, ensuring our comfort throughout our four-night stay. The location was perfect for exploring, and we couldn't have asked for more. We had a super satisfying experience overall. The staff did everything they could to assist us, despite the language barrier. They even allowed us to check in early and checked out late for free, which was mind-blowing! And guess what? We could rent bikes for a jaw-droppingly low price of 50 baht a day, making it incredibly convenient to visit the breathtaking Ayutthaya temples. The proximity to the temples was simply unbeatable - just a 2-minute walk away, making sunset visits a dream come true! The rooms were simple yet incredibly comfortable, providing everything we needed. And to make our experience even more enjoyable, the owner's excellent English skills made communication a breeze. On top of that, the guesthouse had its own tuk-tuk - how cool is that? Although the guesthouse is located a few kilometers away from the train station, it was no problem at all thanks to the convenient tuk-tuk service. The owners even stayed up late to welcome us, and when all the restaurants were closed, they surprised us with the tastiest fruits ever! The spacious and comfortable room and bathroom, along with the lovely patio, made our evenings spent reading in the rain absolute bliss. And let's not forget the generous and delicious breakfast, and the added bonus of being able to do our laundry on-site. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!
